…and so will the Coffee Quality Summit. For everyone’s safety,  2021 CQS will be a virtual experience!

We’re thankful to everyone who has made this event possible for three years in a row, and look forward to hosting in-person events again in the future. For now, look for our  2021 CQS video to come out in early March.

The 2021 CQS short film series will showcase a few of DF’s good friends – these industry professionals will take advantage of the virtual format to show aspects of their work that relate to gaps in knowledge about coffee quality and requirements of specialty coffee markets. Topics will include receiving, cupping, and roasting coffees, product design, and a shop tour.

We’re looking forward to coming together to share knowledge and learn from each other once again, even if it is with a little distance this year. The 2021 CQS short film will be hosted on our site and distributed via WhatsApp to the several smallholder coffee farming communities that take part in the CQS in Yepocapa, Guatemala each year.
